As a former World Champion in the Time Trial and National Champion Road Racer, new GCN presenter Emma Pooley can have stripes on the sleeves of her kit, much like Matt Stephens and his British Stripes.

So Emma travelled to ASSOS HQ in Switzerland, not just to pick up her new kit, but to even help make it! From the fitting to sublimation, here’s how a jersey as special as this one is made!

  14. Very interesting video, enjoyed learning more about the sublimation process. I was not aware but happy to learn that Assos maintains a production process facility in Switzerland as most of the recently produced Assos kit that I had was made in other countries. I had done design work with Pactimo, on a cycling kit that I designed for a Swiss Biotech company (Roche) which was a lot of fun.

  22. Emma is a great addendum to No.1 cycling show in the world. Everytime I watch an episode in which Emma is in, I get amazed by her expertise and know-how in areas of the world of cycling that are sort of new to the show~~ Thank you all for making GCN show more and more enjoyable~~
