my ebike pulls a 600+pound load…220 pound rider 180 pounds on rear rack and 240 pounds trailer….lets see a camping kit for that…just for fun
The problem with this set up for me is the whole no bottom to the tent thing. It might be slightly easier to set up that way and lighter in weight, but in most of the country you don't know ahead of time when it will rain or how hard it will rain so you just need to have a tent that will keep you dry- and if it's windy or raining hard this will get you totally wet. Plus snakes or small critters can get in where the walls meet the ground. This probably works in some places, but it would just be no good to me.
The fly screen looks good as an independent purchase.
